I don't
really use protein powder anymore, as I try to get all my protein from whole foods, but when I did, I used a whey protein isolate.
I was just wondering I never
really use protein powder do you have any recommendations for what to buy or look for?

really a fan of the fake sweetener taste of a lot of flavoured
protein powders).
I'm not
really a fan of
using protein powder since it is so processed that it weirds me out, but I do like to add other supplements to smoothies.

use them nearly every day I'm about to try your Keto Bread recipe and the hold up before this was that I couldn't find egg white
protein powder, so I did a bit of research & made my own, it's
really quite easy & much cheaper than buying away.
I also
really like most of the plant
protein sources they
use (pea
protein, amaranth
powder, chia
powder, flax
powder).
I've made some changes in the last couple years to swap a lot of my dairy eating out — i.e. I
use plant - based
protein powders now & I've been eating dairy free yogurt most of the time — and at this point, all that's
really left is eating ice cream & cheese.
To conclude,
protein powder is something that everyone that goes to the gym should be
using and whey
protein really does deserve its «king supreme» spot in the
protein industry.

protein powder you like, but this one is my favorite plant - based option and one that digests
really easily for me.
Whey, casein and egg
protein powders don't work for some reason, they turn
really gooey and liquidy and sticky Although, you can try
using organic soy
protein powder, pea
protein powder or hemp
protein powder.
I

use ice + fresh berries if you like) 3 x tbsp Cottage Cheese (I
use weight watchers brand but any low - fat will do) 2 x tbsp Low - fat Yoghurt (natural is preferred) 1/2 cup Milk (full cream, low fat whatever you like) 1 x tsp Honey (This is a must unless you
really like the taste of cottage cheese) 1 scoop

use chocolate flavour)
I have made these twice now, first time I
used marscapone cheese intstead of cream cheese and added a scoop of vanilla
protein powder and they were
really good.
Because of its subtlety, vanilla
protein powder can
really be
used in tons of different ways, pairing well with lots of flavors.
What if you're looking to
use your egg white
protein powder instead of flour and aren't
really that concerned with eggs?
We've been
using both brands in our house to replace our
protein powder (and trying out different hemp
proteins since we had never tried them before) and have been
really pleased with the taste and texture of both brands.

This took some getting
used to for me as I
really love the
powder I have been
using for years but I wanted to switch to a pea
protein... I mix it with the a scoop of the phytogreens, almond milk unsweetened, cinnamon, flaxseed, fresh ginger, and a half a pear... YUM!
Just make sure you like the taste of the
protein powder you're
using, as another benefit of the egg white
protein powder is that it's completely tasteless (at least in these bars), which
really allows the peach flavor to shine through.
But whether you do that
really depends on the
protein powder you
use and the intensity of the flavour.
Hi Erik, I only
use egg whites and
protein powder because it gives it a
really crispy texture.
And I suppose you could
use non dairy
protein powder, although I've only ever worked with whey, so I don't
really know how the other varieties react.
I do recommend
using a
really awesome chocolate
protein powder, though.
Bottom line: Don't worry about artificial sweeteners but if you're
really paranoid about the effects of aspartame, pick a
protein powder that
uses Stevia.
