I've been

really is something for everyone in terms of prices, from around # 20 to # 200 +, with products that do little more than count
steps and «track sleep», with varying degrees of inaccuracy, all the way up to devices with heart - rate tracking that are more like scaled down running
watches.
In fact, it's
really more of a hybrid
watch as it will track your
steps, calories burned, monitor sleep, and a few other activities, but that's essentially it.
The Apple
watch is pretty good at counting your
steps, and guessing the length of your strides, but does it
really know how far you have run or walked?
