It doesn't have autofocus, so it's not great for anything other than astrophotography or landscape photography, but it's a wide angle lens with
a really wide aperture.
The 1.8 is definitely one of those apertures that will have the tip of your nose in focus, but not your eyes — that's how shallow the DoF (depth - of - field) is with
really wide apertures.

The telephoto sensor now has a
wider, f / 2.4
aperture and optical image stabilization, both of which are
really helpful when trying to shoot in low light.
F1.5 would also be the
widest aperture we've ever seen on a smartphone, though as we've written before, that doesn't
really mean much without knowing the sensor size.

The photos captured with the Honor 8 Pro is awesome, specially the
wide aperture mode that does a
