I have yet to let my body experience pimiento
cheese for no
reason other
than the fact that I'm afraid I would eat an entire batch with a loaf of bread, #breadtomouth.
The other
reason is of course the taste — it's unlike any
cheese I've ever tasted, because it has more flavor
than dairy
cheese, and still has
cheese - like qualities.
Putting an assortment of deliciousness into a bowl with some pasta, sauce and
cheese can only, by law of deductive
reasoning, end up even more synergistically delicious
than at the start.
And it's for no other
reason than I'm a little chicken — cheddar
cheese in an apple pie?
I can't recall the specifics, but the
reason yogurt,
cheese, or cottage
cheese is okay earlier
than milk has to do with the milk proteins and the way they are digested or perhaps the lactose content (or both?).
Nuts, olives, flax, and avocado have far less pollutants in them
than bacon fat, egg yolks, or
cheese for this
reason.
