reason for a Buyers Agency Agreement and service I'll be adding to my Buyers Agency Presentation... I'll
measure the home to ensure the
square footage and room sizes are accurate!
I always
measure and provide room sizes but I will never willingly give more than a
square foot range despite what may be reported on title, MPAC, builder's rendering or the survey's building footprint for the simple
reason that my seller client's interest must first and foremost be protected, then my brokerage's and my own.
