Recent exhibitions include a solo show at the Chicago Artists» Coalition entitled In the Absence of a Body, in which he lived for 3 weeks behind the walls of the gallery to embody the uncertainty and unknowns surrounding Obama's December 17, 2014 announcement; a two - person show with collaborator Cara Megan Lewis at The Mission Gallery and participation in the Rapid Pulse International Performance Art Festival at Defibrillator Gallery, all in Chicago.

The Museum of Modern Art included his work in An International Survey of Recent Painting and Sculpture in 1984 and the Carnegie Institute in Pittsburgh organized the first major solo exhibition of his work in America in 1985, which traveled to the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
