He said one of the central issues for which he hopes to represent the community is repealing a recent zoning amendment passed unanimously by the Harrison Town Council in May.
Even since the passage of the most recentamendments to the Ontario Heritage Act, under Bill 60, heritage provisions are still far less restrictive than zoning bylaws, building codes and the like.
