house together, now we've been told she can port her mortgage but in doing that will i loose the
first time home owners advantage?
I just said forget it why work on credit... But I went a ahead for husband sake and wanting to
buy bigger home in near future decided ok let's try
first my payment history for credit cards was in the dumps but never a late
house payment or car payment and some furniture installment loans showed great then
recently paid cars and that dropped score..
When i
bought my
first house many years ago, it was impossible to find a
recently built small
house of 1000 - 1500 ft2 which had superior craftsmanship, quality and conservation efforts (CQC).
I
bought a
house in Cleveland
recently and I am currently in the
first month of the rehab... The plan is that after a month or two I can hopefully have the third floor (finished attic w / bathroom) finished and I can move in.
They were
recently married, expecting their
first child and in the preliminary stages of looking to

That's what one agent told me

house hunting for 12 months.
Unless it is just a very small part of a total color scheme... like a basket... and
first we had to replace the furnace, fix the disaster of a yard, rewire our
house, put on a new roof,
buy a new dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, replace my car, replace our water heater, and most
recently get a new very basic computer as my sons need it for school and my husband for work.
We
bought our
first house recently and everything is original from 1969 (eek!)
