I've since
followed PHD with all the
supplements but
recently cut back on the Iodine as feared it was contributing to insomnia (I worked up slowly from 500mcg to 1 prolamine by Jan but since cut back to 500mcg to see if it would help with the insomnia which I think may be more related to my mind than Thyroid status!).
