I tried this recipe (delicious, btw) substituting sunflower meal for flax meal (in the middle of hurricane Sandy and had no flax), and the bread turned green... SO glad that someone else experienced this and it was answered.

There's like a billion recipes that include the combo which, btw potentially means there's like a billion peanut butter-less or peanut free recipes out there since you just swap pumpkin seed butter or sunflower seed butter for peanut butter.
