cooker recipe for the dough.
For these Cherry Chocolate Pistachio Cookies I used a basic chocolate
chip recipe for the dough, added cocoa and dried cherries and pistachios.
The recipes are more diverse than I'd imagine, beginning with thirteen
recipes for doughs and pastries: Cornmeal Pie Dough; Tender Buttermilk Biscuit Crust; Yeasted Butter Pastry; and Flaky & Sturdy Hand Pie Pastry, just to name a few.

It was hard to make
a recipe for dough that I could easily roll out with a rolling pin and one that tasted good, like real Christmas cookies!
I mostly followed
her recipe for the dough, but used only all - purpose flour (no bread flour) and swapped the cornstarch for more flour.
