I to can only eat things that is organic so I redo alot of the
recipes so I can eat alot of stuff I «am allgic to pesticides, hornmores, n antibotics, dairy, eggs, whey, so I watch n read
everything, I do not
have a galdbladder n was told I could eat
everything after that well I could not n get sick after that it will come out of 1 of the ends is all i need to say, but if I eat this stuff I «am ok,
for everybody that may
have the same problem as me just try drinking the organic milks w / o hornmores, pesticdes, n antibotics in it n see if that works
for you same with the eggs thats what I do open the lid n see what it says, if it don't say that well its not
for you (eggland) is one of the names I use horizan, silk, r 2 of the milk blands I use, they also
have sorbet icecream but watch them some do
have milk in them n if it doesn't say organic milk your not getting that your getting real milk, then
go on internet n read, read, read all your labels n read whats best

everything from A to Z. It's easy, involves a handful of ingredients, is nutrient dense, can easily be made in bulk,
has tons of texture, flavor, aesthetic appeal, non vegan approved, a dressing that
goes well with anything and is perf
for any season!

have brown rice but use wheat couscous it work really great
everything stick great and believe me this is
going be my top
recipe.
I saw a lot of
recipes for baked pumpkins stuffed with
everything from day - old bread and cheese, rice and vegetables, ground beef, more cheese, apples, herbs, nuts — basically anything you think
would go well with pumpkins
would be good.
What I love about this
recipe is that it» colorful,
has no flour, packed with chickpeas and quinoa, nutrient dense, filling,
has great presentation, can be made in bulk and frozen, packs tons of flavor, tofu feta cheese which
goes well on
everything, the flavors blend seamlessly together, non vegan approved, and its perfect
for any day, rain or shine!
And now these Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas
have become my
go to dish
for everything — when I need to take a meal to a friend, when I need to bring a dish
for a potluck, when I want to make a freezer meal, and when I need a Cinco de Mayo
recipe.
Just don't do what I did and try to saute the porcini mushrooms instead of the crimini mushrooms... I wish the
recipe said to set aside, or
have you
go ahead and work on the other veggies and mushrooms while the porcini mushrooms are steeping, THEN tell you to slice them, which
would then be time
for everything to
go into the vegetable broth.
I know, it can take a lot of time too, especially when you make your own
recipes (e.g. my baked oatmeal muffins) and then you
have to
go through, add
everything up, and figure out the nutrition
for each serving.
Ever since I found this
recipe at www.steptalk.org, it
has been my
go - to crust
for everything!
