By the way, am making the soft and fluffy bread shared by you (only made half recipe as the max weight for my Breadmaker is 900gm), it is in the bread maker for 2nd proof, another 30 min before I can bake it.
Update since some found this salty - I never use salt in any recipe (except breadmaker).
