at all, I can just about tolerate the medjool dates but the maple syrup is definitely a no go... if I

I usually have around a quarter of a tub
left when I feel I need a fresh tub so have been looking
at recipes to include yoghurt and have been compiling a folder of things to try.
If you know you are going to away for 10 hours, and start a 6 hour
recipe before you
leave the house, you may not want 4 hours of cooking
at 150 degrees and up.
Also
recipe should specify to only fill the pans about 1/2 full
at most... I was using mini bunt pans and despite
leaving space to rise, they spilled all over... Flavor is so - so.
