yesterday was the first time I followed the
recipe and used light brown sugar instead of dark brown — I think I
like the intensity of the dark brown better:) Used my bench scraper / dough cutter to cut them, and it worked much better than the oiled knife (or maybe I just made them a more workable goonies this time?).
