I don't understand why — if people were having issues with measurements — you wouldn't go back and edit the post instead of allowing people like me to follow an incorrect recipe, wasting time and valuable ingredients.

Hi Sarah, so sorry but sadly I don't have the gram measurements for this recipe but I think you may be able to find the conversion online.
Sadly I don't have the American measurements for this recipe but the US book has all the correct measurements according to American units.
Really wish you would use American measurements as well in your recipes.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to go back and check the measurements for all of the previous recipes but the post says 2 medium - large sweet potatoes so it doesn't need to be too exact.

All my new recipes and recipes in the book have the quantities in grams I just don't have the time to go through all my old recipes and get the gram measurements.
In terms of measurements, we are currently working to convert all the recipes so they have measurements in both metric and imperial units.
A cup is a standard measurement (unlike «mug») and would make your recipes much more reliable.

The newer recipes all have gram measurements too though and we're working on adding these in to the old recipes at the moment.
I used the recipe in your book which calls for 80g of cacao... All I had therefore was a lumpy chocolate mess and no coating at all... If you didn't already correct this mistake maybe change the measurements for reprints of your book.

When there is a significant weight discrepancy, would you recommend favoring the volume or the weight measurements in your original recipe?
I really wanted to make this but the recipe is just too difficult to convert into uk measurements... not sure what the equivalent weight would be, we use ounces or gramms not cups... ended up abandoning the idea: -LRB-

I find the recipes would be easier to recreate if you would give the measurement for the pans.

Hi, love your blog and have tried some of the recipes but find they can be a little hit and miss for those of us who do not deal in «cups», could you give the quantities in grams or oz as conversions for cups vary from country to country whereas the other measurements above are international and constant.
The recipes are expressed in percentages, and you can not make these blends accurately with volume (cups, tablespoons, teaspoons) measurements, as measuring by volume is incredibly imprecise and each flour has a different weight / volume.
