Hey Ella, I made the Cashew Vanilla Yoghurt, except I had to use
way more Brown Rice milk than the
recipe called for.

way to you with the day to day hassle of a medical condition, this type of blog post is just as helpful and useful as a new
recipe, if not
more so You are right — having to live with a restricted diet and lifestyle can be very isolating and frustrating, and even the loveliest friends can struggle to understand what we're going through at times!
Well it really is spicey, but I usually use
way more spices than
recipes call for, so this time I didn't have to (next time I'll cut back a little on cayenne pepper though).
I'm going to first try them how according to the
recipe, but then knowing
more about them, I can try them different
ways.
