My flour mix
recipe uses just
over 2/3 tsp per cup of flour, so the additional
puts you at about 1 1/4 tsp gum per flour in this
recipe.
I never really know how much I should
put in because
over here, bananas can really vary in size and hence effectively rendering a

What sets this
recipe apart from others is that it involves minimal ingredients, minimal steps, doesn't have to look aesthetically perfect, has a gorgeous hue, a hint of matcha, and the coconut whip just
puts this

Over the years, learning through trial and error has helped me to understand what makes a
recipe simple to
put together — and that simple doesn't always mean quick!
One thing I didn't mention in the Paleo chicken salad
recipe, is that if you have time, I prefer to
put my chicken in the fridge for a half hour or so and let it cool down all the way, because if you
put hot chicken on the greens and then
put the dressing
over it, it turns in to a wilty, soggy mess.
Since I never say no to more chocolate, I used both melted dark chocolate and dark chocolate cocoa powder in the batter, then mixed in some milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chunks (
over the weekend, I found out I had approximately 19 half - used bags of chocolate chips in my kitchen cabinet, and this
recipe was the perfect way to
put some of them to good use!).
I've been trying to focus on my protein intake lately, and this is an easy
recipe to slip more veggie protein into — I served my bowl of curry
over a bowl of cooked quinoa and
put some sprouted lentils into the curry.
I recently ordered this chai spice blend off of etsy and included 1 tsp of it in the
recipe and it
put it
over the top.
