oil for the pan, but I find that vegetable
oil produces
less smoke.

using almond flour, and you will save calories doing so.
If you go down this route I would suggest
using about 1/3
less oil than the amount of butter the
recipe states.

using less sugar than most
recipes call for and substituting vegetable
oil for hard fats and whole wheat flour for some of the white flour.
