For the best results, you want to be
using only the
recipes within each meal plan, this is because all the ingredients are
weighted based on your own specific individual calorific and macro needs.
I'm counting calories atm to lose
weight and
using lots of your
recipes to make the transition from counting calories to healthy eating without counting but for the time being I have to count calories

weight depends on the density of the food, I literally
use a coffee mug with about a 3 - 3.5 inch diameter, and as long as you
use the same cup consistently your
recipe should be fine:)!

I love the program and have personally been a
Weight Watchers member on and off for many years (while I am not always personally following the program I am always a paid WW member with full access to the program and online tools for
use in creating
recipes for my blog).
I really wanted to make this but the
recipe is just too difficult to convert into uk measurements... not sure what the equivalent
weight would be, we

weights I measured out each ingredient, placed it on the scale, recorded the amount in ounces, and then hit the kg / lb button which then gave me the
weight in grams.
