I to can only eat things that is organic so I redo alot of the recipes so I can eat alot of stuff I «am allgic to pesticides, hornmores, n antibotics, dairy, eggs, whey, so I watch n read everything, I do not have a galdbladder n was told I could eat everything after that well I could not n get sick after that it will come out of 1 of the ends is all i need to say, but if I eat this stuff I «am ok, for everybody that may have the same problem as me just try drinking the organic milks w / o hornmores, pesticdes, n antibotics in it n see if that works for you same with the eggs thats what I do open the lid n see what it says, if it don't say that well its not for you (eggland) is one of the names I use horizan, silk, r 2 of the milk blands I use, they also have sorbet icecream but watch them some do have milk in them n if it doesn't say organic milk your not getting that your getting real milk, then go on internet n read, read, read all your labels n read whats best for you cause everybody is not the same, I hope that helps n feel free to send me a message n let me know if anybody wants: - P

Ok you are right, it usually is... But I can tell you this — if you have the right recipes it's not hard at all especially if you can plan ahead.
Ok... here's the «Gingerbread» recipe I mentioned before: Yield: 2 - 8» pans 2 1/2 cups AP flour 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp allspice 2 oz unsweetened chocolate 8 oz unsalted butter 1 cup hot coffee 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup molasses 4 eggs 1/4 cup chopped candied ginger sift dry ingredients together melt chocolate, butter, & coffee together add brown sugar, molasses, then eggs add ginger & dry ingredients mix until combined spray 2 - 8» pans, pour batter into pans & bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes Let me know if you try it & how it turns out.
If not, is almond flour ok to use in recipes and still not cause a spike in blood sugar?

Just wanted to check something with you, based on recent blog posts... I have read people are eating this cereal warm... I just wanted to make sure that everyone knows that warm is ok, but HOT is NOT... Flax oil turns into trans fat when heated at high temperatures... so if warm water is being poured into the cereal, no problem, but if it is boiling water, probably not the best idea... As for the cookie recipe, I have inquired and basically an oven temperature at 350 and below is thought to be safe, so no problem there!
Hi I've I've just been introduced to superfood powders is it ok to combine them all currently I have 50 % leafy greens around 2 cups of fruit, 1 type of nut, then I use a teaspoon of Maca, cacao, acai, spirulina, and wheat grass then finally top of with water does this recipe sound ok I sometimes worry that to many powders might be bad for me, just wanted some advice to see if this is ok thanks rob

Fantastic recipe I'm trying to start the six week challenge but am too lenient on Friday night and weekends telling myself it's ok to have more processed carbs than usual but will need to push past one week if doing this challenge then I will get going a bit stronger and with every week successfully achieved I will get stronger and stronger resolve.
I have seen some recipes online that include raisins or dried fruit and wasn't sure if that was ok.
We use bread made with a blend of tapioca and sorghum flours and do fine with it, but I do not know if a sorghum syrup would be OK to use in place of honey or corn syrup in recipes.
