recipe of the new year, I'm sharing a recipe for those who like big, satisfying portions — my Mexican Chicken Spaghetti Squash Bowl Recipe.

new meals back into my weekly rotation!

new to your blog, but as a vegan
of health and happiness for 20
years I am looking forward enormously to trying some
of the
recipes.

Hi, Ella, congratulations on the
new cookbook, have had it on order with Amazon since reading an article with some
of your
recipes in the Telegraph magazine, or maybe Stella, last
year.
Since I had already made my usual Gingerbread Men
recipe earlier this season, I decided that I would branch out and try a
new one for my second round
of cookies this

of you said «savory».
I'm so happy to be back in the swing
of things, fully immersed in the forward momentum
of this
new year, eyes wide open and heart willing, with my gears well - greased and my thoughts on brand
new recipes and a couple
of soul - inspiring features to joyfully bring to you in this upcoming
year.

I have lots
of ideas for the
new year but first I want to share the last
recipe I made in 2014.
Over the
years, Kerry and I have tried lots
of new recipes and learned all sorts
of cooking techniques.
I totally get addicted to smoothies this time
of the
year so I'm always on the hunt for
new recipes (or trying to create my own).
One question I get asked a lot is how to come up with different
recipes and have more variety with meals, so I'm going to be talking about that more this month (great for those
of you who tend to make
New Year's resolutions around cooking more and eating healthier food!).
I'll also be planning & prepping for Christmas &

years ago, and it was reprinted in this big,
