recommend however it's best to
make nut butters in a food processor as blenders really need a liquid in order to function.
If you're going to get a Blendtec, I would
recommend getting the smaller jar (for an added price) as well (though you CAN still
make nut butters in the bigger jar).
I find topping them with banana and drizzled natural peanut
butter makes them extra tasty so I highly
recommend trying them that way, or with whatever your favorite
nut butter / fruit combo is.

I
recommend making both the mango and the macadamia
nut butter fillings in advance so that you don't have to wait for them to cool during the process of
making the cups.
I
recommend going the extra step to
making the
nut butter too, but provide links to my store bought favorites when this isn't an option.
If you decide to substitute in another type of
nut butter I would strongly
recommend using pure maple syrup as the sweetener in order to
make the puddings sweet enough.

make your own, I highly
recommend the Better Than Roasted brand of almond
butter (and other
nut butters) available here.

nut butter, I highly
