clients stay within the green and blue - green shades in the kitchen, when
weight loss is their goal.
Likewise, I do NOT
recommend unregulated ketogenic diets to my
weight loss clients, but carb cycling and even ketogenic diets work very well for someone who is already at a healthy
weight looking to temporarily lower their body fat for a photo shoot, competition or similar event.
I highly
recommend both to my
weight loss clients because thanks to the fiber, they also leave you feeling fuller which reduces overeating and helps you to manage cravings.
