It's best to take the time to
do some research on LinkedIn
or the company's website to find the name of the
hiring manager or recruiter who'll be reading your letter.
Don't run the risk of a
recruiter or hiring manager being put off by your CV simply because of the language you have used.
Don't call your resume «resume» — take a second
or two to personalize the file name to FirstLastNameResume.doc — that way it's clearly recognizable as your resume to
recruiters and
hiring managers.
Why

When your resume aligns more closely with the job description and requirements, healthcare
