a rectangle tart pan I'm thinking I'll try to make this with a regular circle one - hopefully it will be just as delicious as yours.

I love the shape of the
rectangle tarts — I used a silicon mold — but you could definitely make this in an 8 - inch
pan.
Remove dough and place on a lightly floured cutting board and roll out to about 3/8» thick in either a
rectangle or circle depending on your
tart pan.
