red meat so readily, while there are many more issues that can come up from this diet.
I feel yucky when I eat
red meat so I try to keep that to a minimum and I try to focus on eating the healthier options on this diet.

red meat every so often but just don't go overboard and start eating several slabs of steak every meal!
