I love Bobs
red mill products as they are natural with no chemicals like most other brands that can lead to cancer.
They were all expressing dissatisfaction with my buckwheat / millet / bobs
red mill GF mix (I agree with your assessment - yuck!)
We recently tried Bobs
red mill gluten free oats that are certified gf and grow only in oat fields.
Made this one this afternoon with bibs
red mill white AP (contains the xanthan gum).
I made some of my own blanched almond flour because I read that you don't
like Red mill kind and that is all we have.
I will state that I agree about
Bob Red mills GF Cornmeal being too coarse but I did find Bob Red Mills GF Cornflour that finely grinds the cornmeal and it is fantastic it makes a very nice textured cornbread.
You can get flax seed meal at walmart or from any store that sells bobs
red mill at my walmart for one pound it was under $ 3
They are great tasting, I used
blanched Red mill almond flour, and I also used one half tsp.
Bob's
red mill directions recommend the cocoa be replaced with one and a half to two parts carob by weight.
I have not tried this recipe yet but Bob's
red mill SUPER FIRE works in the other almond flour recipes for me.
I am wondering if the sweet rice flour is the same as Bob's
red mill sweet white rice flour or do I need to get the mochiko?
P.S. - I just substituted the flour for Bobs

I've always ground my own (using Bob's
red mill oats) and every recipe I've tried has yielded a denser, chewier baked good than what the online picture promised.
when I run the my Fitness pal I get 2 carbs per pancake using Bob's
red mill fine almond flour for a total net 10 carbs for the batch.
When Ella calls for buckwheat, it is the light buckwheat, not the Bob's
red mill variety.
I love the medium grind bobs
red mill too in my banana cornbread, it has that ideal bumbly - ness.
Anyway, the only change is I use 1/2 cup of Bobs
red mill cereal mix that doesn't have wheat in it.
PS — I made mine gluten - free with bob's
red mill all - purpose flour mix and no other alterations, lovely!
I buy bob's
red mill out of convenience, but I think Coconut Secret makes it fluffier.
(I've tried many) I used bobs
red mill whole wheat pastry flour and used a chia egg.

red mill egg replacer and a little flax oil.
