I added 3/4 cup extra flour (used the bob's
red mill gf AP) but eventually stopped because i didn't want to ruin it even more.
Extra spices as always and oats (from Bob's
red mill GF).
They were all expressing dissatisfaction with my buckwheat / millet / bobs
red mill GF mix (I agree with your assessment - yuck!)
Probably replacing the almond flour for bob's
red mill GF flour, hopefully it will be okay!
Bob's
red mill GF brownies are delicious, these are lame.

the ones i've had the most luck with are bob's
red mill «1 - to1» gluten free (with the blue label, as ipposed to the
red label which is all purpose
gf flour and is not great at all), and «cup - for - cup», which costs more but is hands down the best on the market.
We recently tried Bobs
red mill gluten free oats that are certified
gf and grow only in oat fields.
I would use a
GF flour that is a blend of several flours, such as Bob's
red mill's all purpose gluten free flour.
I am wondering if using organic unbleached white flour (Bob's
Red mill) in place of the
GF flours will work in this recipe?
