Bob's
red mill almond meal / flour may not hold the cookie shape for these cookies, but add 1/2 cup coconut flakes to the mix & bake in bar pan and these make fabulous «granola» bars!!!

almond flour and it has come out perfect.
myself as well, I used Bob's
red mill tapioca flour, and
almond meal flour, and badia coconut milk, I found that I had to turn the heat WAAAAYYYYYYYY down, to like, 5 and it took most certainly forever to finish one, and still found that they could stand a good 45 minutes in the oven.
when I run the my Fitness pal I get 2 carbs per pancake using Bob's
red mill fine
