I wanted to try a new brand since I always purchase Bob's
Red mill flours and bought the potato starch and the sorghum flour from the Authentic food brands instead.
just FYI i used
red mill flour almond for this recipe and it turned out great.
I don't have luck with Bob's
red mill flour.

I normally do use Pamela's or Bob's
red mill but she uses rice
flour... make the breads gummy and he likes the bean which is gross.

I usually add a small amount of bob's

flour to recipes for some protein to help the consistency (works great), but since this whole thing is made of beans, I don't think it's necessary.

flour blend, however, substituting potatoe starch (bobs
red mill) for the tapioca starch as i read in the comments that it's an acceptable sub.
