Sometimes I can find Bob Red mills potato flour locally so much easier.
i tried this recipe but i used 2 eggs and 1/4 milk and a bit of applesauce and cinnamon, baking soda, 1/4 of coconut flour from bob red mills after cooking it, i noticed it the mixture does nt stick together very well should i add more eggs?

i have bob's red mill products (brans).

I just made this and I used bob's red mill biscuit and baking mix instead of the almond flour.
Often times coconut flour is very finicky, I recommend bobs red mill coconut flour.

I didn't use Bob's red mill flour.
for those who asked where to find it, i've seen it in health food stores with all of the other flours and i'm pretty sure bob's red mill brand has one as well
Just to let you know I've made this many times using Bobs Red mill brand blanched almond flour and it has come out perfect.
I live in Singapore so getting access to the brands is not always easy and I only had bobs red mill at hand.

Hi just wanted to comment that i made up your flour blend, however, substituting potatoe starch (bobs red mill) for the tapioca starch as i read in the comments that it's an acceptable sub.
Have you tried bob's red mill 1 to 1 gluten free baking flour?
I do also use bobs red mill products and i use a scale to weigh my ingredients so i know that was not the issue there, do you think thats just the way potatoe starch behaves in this mix?
