And of course I swap out the traditional pita bread and eat it with sliced cumber rounds and
red pepper slices as dippers.
Grill sausages,
red pepper slices and fennel slices to your liking and cut into 1/2 inch chunks.
Note: If you do not have edible flowers, grilled cherry tomatoes or grilled plum or
red pepper slices could be used.

For my take on the vegan avocado melt, I opted to include cilantro,

Place a collard leaf in front of you and layer nut mix,

red pepper slices and cooled farro.
Then place 1/2 of
