The Assembly legislation would move the filing deadline for petitions in 2012 to April 16, reduce the number of designating signatures for Assembly ballotaccess from 500 to 375.
On February 27, the Oklahoma Senate unanimously passed SB 668, which eases ballotaccess for newly - qualifying parties in midterm years, but does not reduce the number of signatures in presidential years.
But according to the memo, most remaining staffers will be offered a position in the early voting states or as part of its ballotaccess effort at a reduced salary.
