UK - regulated forex brokerage ActivTrades announced it is hiking its margin requirements on some instruments in connection to the upcoming
referendum on constitutional changes in Italy on December 4.

Both advocate the 16 - year - old vote, a
constitutional convention, House of Lords reform, and an in / out
referendum on EU membership when a proposed treaty
change would transfer (substantial) powers to Europe.
The Irish Government has still to respond
on these later reports, but already it is clear that the Convention recommendations
on many matters will lead to the holding of
referendums on specific issues in 2015; and we are likely to see real and significant
constitutional change made as a result.

Having failed to achieve a
change in the voting system for the House of Commons — with the loss of last year's
referendum on the alternative vote — Nick Clegg's party is determined to push ahead in order that his party can boast having forced a major
constitutional change on the country as a result of being in government.

Constitutional change on the basis of a Swiss style constitution and a

Constitutional changes now being embraced by Cameron — fixed - term parliaments, a
referendum on the Alternative Vote (ok not embraced, but put forward)-- are positive.
