The mini-cheesecake pan I used seemed to be a little bigger than
a regular cupcake pan.

Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a mini
cupcake pan (or
regular).
I can't tell from the picture but can you use a
regular 12 cup
cupcake pan?
& do you think you could make it in the
regular size
cupcake tins or does it need to be in a mini
pan?
I have made these numerous times, both in a
regular pan and as
cupcakes.
I followed the recipe exactly except that I made mini muffins in one
pan and baked corn dogs in the other
pan (I poured the dough into
regular sized
cupcake moulds and then plunged 2 pre-heated (boiled) hot dog halves into each before baking).
I used a
regular sized muffin
pan but I only filled the
cupcake liners about 2/3.
