Everyday duties and responsibilities will include: • Candidate resourcing through various
job boards • Answering phones, fielding calls and taking messages • Candidate registrations • Formatting of candidate CV's, creating
job adverts and updating relevant websites as and when required • Dealing with clients and candidates, updating their records on the in - house database •
Regular inter-office contact (2 other offices — Reigate and Epsom) • Any other office support duties requested by the Manager / Director Skills and experience required for the role: • Proven admin support experience — ideally experience of working within Recruitment or HR, this is not essential though • Excellent IT skills • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we are only able to contact short - listed candidates
