No one even suspected that I didn't use
regular food coloring and best of all my daughter couldn't have been happier.
I used gel food coloring this time and it sunk to the bottom of my milk so you can't see it in the picture, I've used
regular food coloring in the past and it was much more visible.

You can actually make them yourself by
coloring regular sugar with
food coloring.
That's because I didn't use the
regular red velvet secret ingredient, which would be buckets and buckets of red
food coloring.

183g (3/4 cup) Egg Whites 96g (1/2 cup) Granulated Erythritol (i use low calorie sugar for cook / baking) 14g (1 tbs) Grapeseed Oil 2 tsp Stevia Extract (i didn't use it) 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Butter Extract (i didn't use it) 120g (1 cup) Oat Flour (I use Modified cassava or Mocaf Flour) 120g (3/4 cup) Brown Rice Flour 32g (1/4 cup) Arrowroot Starch 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 15g (3 tbs)
Regular Cocoa Powder (unsweetened) 4 tbs Natural Red
Food Coloring (I used Natures Flavors) 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbs White Vinegar (I use Apple Vinegar)
Alternatively you could male this recipe with
regular marshmallows and
food coloring but everyone LOVED that they were made from peeps!
... and add a few drops of
food coloring to the
regular marshmallows so you still get the layered
colors!

I'd seen a «recipe» to make glitter by mixing
regular table salt with
food coloring and baking it for 10 min, but it wasn't so glittery.
I mixed in a little
food coloring with it (without baking) and then added it to the
regular table salt.
