I cooked my burgers in a grill pan but
a regular fry pan will work.
Pancake pans make perfect round pancakes, but I do sometimes use
a regular frying pan when I want to make larger pancakes.
Also used an iron skillet for some and
regular frying pan for others and both worked well.

regular staple in our household, but so far I've only
pan fried them.
Not having seen anyone make them with a
regular old
frying pan, I always figured that the special equipment was necessary for a proper crêpe.
Next, just
pan fry or grill as you would with a
regular burger.
