This kind of vegan
junk food is limited in my
regular diet because it's heavily processed and often lengthy in ingredients.
It has a bigger effect on suppressing hunger than carbs and fat in comparison to when they are consumed in
regular diets filled with
junk food.
And by this we don't mean eating
junk food, just
foods that are also part of
regular people's
diets.
When I roadtrip, go camping or spend days at a music festival, I'm just a
regular ol
junk food vegan with a
diet full of processed meats, processed cheeses, bread and alcohol.
Cravings can not be ignored (although, there's significantly less chance for them to creep in when the
