You could certainly try them
in regular muffin tins or even a small square pan (or mini loaf pans, for smaller square brownies).
If you don't have a mini muffin pan, you can of course put these in
a regular muffin tin, you'll just have to increase the cooking time.
I used
a regular muffin tin, twice.
A regular muffin tin and 4 ″ cookie cutter.
You could also use ramekins or even
a regular muffin tin (making 12 instead of 6, so they aren't too thick).
But yes, you do use
a regular muffin tin.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 18
regular muffins tins and 18 mini muffin tins with dark brown liners.
You can use a conventional popover pan or
regular muffin tins (although the muffin tin ones will be smaller and shorter).

I made these tonight in
a regular muffin tin - I baked them for 20 minutes and they were perfect!!
I used
a regular muffin tin for these, but you could also use small one if you'd like That would just yield more muffins and I would adjust the baking time to about 10 minutes — enjoy!
And while I love baking these muffins in these adorable paper mini panettone molds, you can also bake them in
a regular muffin tin.
