In fact, the No. 1
thing I recommend is getting
regular sleep and sticking to
normal sleep patterns as much as possible.
In other words, if there are certain
things you're doing on a
regular basis that are causing your natural test levels to drop, you can correct these behaviours to bring those levels back up to
normal.
One of my favourite
things in the world is that moment you go outside on any
regular, expectantly -
normal day a couple months into the year and you smell it; the first whiff of spring.
