Unlike
regular nut milk recipes, there is no soaking the nuts beforehand or straining the nuts after blending required at all with this recipe.
I make the hazelnut cream just as I do
regular nut milk, soaking nuts overnight, blending with water and then straining out the pulp.

milk in Spain, we do have almond
milk but not with vanilla and I was always jealous of everyone going
