(8) On
the regular polling day, the poll clerk shall prepare, at intervals of no less than 30 minutes, using the prescribed form and as directed by the Chief Electoral Officer, a document permitting the identification of every elector who during that interval has voted or forfeited his or her right to vote, other than electors who registered on that day and, on request, provide it to a candidate or a candidate's representative or provide it in an electronic format to a registered party.
