If you can't find hot sesame oil, use
regular sesame oil, and add 1/4 tsp.
I did not have
regular sesame oil on hand.
I do have a question, though: is the sesame oil the toasted (Asian) kind or just plain
regular sesame oil?
Regular sesame oil is a light straw color, like canola.
I used
regular sesame oil because it's what I had, and while I haven't had toasted to compare, I can confirm that my husband and I took down the whole pot, so it couldn't have suffered too much.

Consuming

sesame oil consumption on a
regular basis lowered blood pressure, decreased the oxidative degradation of fats and increased antioxidant levels in hypertensive patients.
