Made these with
regular vanilla yogurt, no chia seeds and half «n half instead of «unsweetened?»
You can use
regular vanilla yogurt instead, or you can leave it out completely, the smoothie might now be as creamy and about half of the protein comes from the yogurt if you cared about that part, but it should still be good without!
If you prefer to lower the sugar content in this pie, feel free to use unsweetened, non-dairy yogurt instead of regular plain or
regular vanilla yogurt.
