My son drinks
regular white milk — not chocolate, not vanilla, not strawberry — but I could never find the money - saving bulk containers of Horizon white milk.
In addition to flavoring
regular white milk with Nesquik Chocolate Powder or Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, other parents use products such as Ovaltine and Carnation Instant Breakfast Powder Drink Mix.

regular white flour because that's what I had on hand and whole
milk.

I used

milk in an elementary school setting have been that when offered a choice of sweetened vs.
white milk, almost nobody chooses
regular milk.
