To take a
regular picture the device will use the 16MP shooter, but if the user needs to capture a
wider shot in the photo for a group photo or landscape, the 8MP
wide -
angle can be used.
The V20 defaults to the 16MP for
regular shots, but when you need a
wider perspective, the 8MP
wide -
angle sensor can step in.
You'll also be able to choose between the zoomed in portrait
shot on the S9 +, or the
regular «
wide angle»
shot from the standard lens after the fact.
Its 13 MP rear camera covers 125 degrees lens on the
wide angle to capture panoramic
shots that
regular phones cameras can't.
Portrait mode won't fire if the iPhone doesn't think it can get a good
shot at 1/30 shutter speed or better, though you can still take a non-blurred
shot with the telephoto lens using this mode (unlike
regular Photo mode, which will automatically switch to a 2x zoom of the
wide -
angle lens).
The back of the phone even has two cameras: a 16 - megapixel f / 1.8 aperture cam for
regular pictures, and a slightly lower - res 8 - megapixel for the
wide -
angle shots.
