I
get 7 to 8 hours of sleep most nights, I make it to my favorite
workout classes
regularly, and I eat all of my servings of fruits and vegetables
in every day (okay, I leave room for wine and dessert too).
actually doing enough cardio is something I need to work on
in the weeks when life
gets in the way of my cycling to work (I need to timetable some HIIT
workouts more
regularly) but I'm great at
getting my 10k plus daily steps
in and doing pilates and yoga weekly — I'm managing 1 run a week I want to up that to 3 short ones (and I still haven't done my park run watch this space) I feel that I am actually looking after my body (and my soul with help from Adele Stickland) at last.
I am trying to lose the last 10 - 15 lbs of baby weight from my second child and its just not budging.I excercise pretty
regularly and I would say my diet is relatively good (except for occasional snacking at nighttime) I need a diet that's going to give me enough energy to
get through my
workouts and be a hands mom, but that's low enough
in calories to help me lose the weight.
I know you've heard absurd promises before from companies marketing their «2 - minute abs» and similar sounding programs, but I can tell you that this program gives you legitimate and intense
workouts and you WILL
get in great shape if you follow them
regularly.
Even given that I don't
get to
workout 7 days a week, I am
getting in 5 pretty
regularly, and 6 where possible.
I drink 2 glasses
regularly in the morning before
workouts to keep my system hydrated and clean and
get me ready for the go.
One question I
get often
in regards to my
workout routine, is how I stay motivated to go to the gym
regularly.
