Garnish with hemp seeds, fresh dill or drizzle of olive oil or add to casserole dish for
reheating later.
If you want to make them ahead of time for
reheating later, undercook them a bit on the first pass.
Note: if
reheating later, you will need to add additional wine or vegetable broth to thin the gravy out.
